I just came home from b ball practice it was fun but, we need to practice passing to each other, we almost always miss passing to each other. Stinks! Life is good.

The C Dog

Sarah I have  finally convinced MOM to get this off her E-MAIL. It took me like for ever to draw!

Thursday, October 20, 2011

This reminds me to a time in my childhood, when I was 9 or 10, I would crawl under Mom and Dad's bed with a few pillows. There I would relax and fall asleep. Under that bed, I would imagine it was a castle, a boat or a spaceship, flying across the universe, exploring strange and new planets. I would stay under there for hours, thinking and creating worlds of my imagination. I remember that memory fondly and hope to always cherish said memories.

Many Merit Badges

On Tuesday, we had our Scout Court of Honor and all the troops of the Stake came and received their merit badges they have worked on. I got 3 badges, which is better than last time when I got none. The three are,

  • Disabilities Awarness
  • Gardening
  • and Computers
I now have 31 Merit Badges. The person who has the most in the Stake has 66.

Colonial Williamsburg!

Williamsburg in the rain with Grandma and the Foreros! It just doesn't get better than that!
What a great time we had with our great friends, the Foreros at Williamsburg. We walked all around the colonial town, laughed, learned a few things, and jumped in a number of puddles.

Mimi worked hard on costumes so that she and Mazie could match. It was a fun time learning how to sew, designing a costume then making it. Mimi was very creative and we found lots of great cloth around the house. She even made a cute bag out of cloth and ribbon. She also found hats, by the end of the day, they were a little droopy from the rain.
My favorite place: the garden! I am amazed  at all the food that they grew, and how beautiful they make the gardens. We bought some "Official Colonial Rosemary" to plant in our garden and remind us of the fun.
Silo was so cute... He came over to me as we were walking on the Duke of Glouchester Rd. and said, "This would be more fun if Ishel and that other girl were here."
  "Do you mean Sarah?" Kari.
"Yea. It would be more fun." Silo. I was amazed that he remembered who you were! And, he definitely got the more fun part. We miss our college Girls!
Highlight of the trip: The Candy Store. It's our favorite place to stop as we leave Williamsburg. No candy apple this time though.
The trip was just great (bad traffic both ways) with the company of good friends. We got home and made 8 pizzas. Yum. We loved having the Foreros stay over night and playing with them. They inspire me every time we get together.
